OhIsso

OhIsso is the 8th stage station planet on the Galaxy Highway, known for its Long Long Beach. In the past, this venue used to host a Bikini and Boomerang Pants Swimming Competition in a local swimming pool, however, it has been discontinued due to lack of interest from participants and broadcasters and the pool is now inaccessible due to lack of manpower. Nowadays the place is more oriented towards families.
According to an application which suggests suitable stage stations depending on one’s personality, OhIsso is recommended to those who are sloth-like idlers and carefreely sloppy.
This planet was not visited, but mentioned in drama CD 3.

Trivia

OhIsso is named after Ōiso, which was also a station of the original Tōkaidō and nowadays is known for its Long Beach.
