Luna Guard

The Luna Guard is in charge of either protecting Luna Land's royal family or just the Moon prince in particular. The Luna Guard consists of individuals dedicated to their mission of safely bringing the runaway prince back home despite all odds, no matter how unpredictable the situation becomes and what kind of opponent they have to face. For undisclosed reasons, all lower-ranked members of the Luna Guard appear to be covering their eyes with sunglasses, the only member shown not doing so is their commander.
Hatchi describes the Luna Guard as exceptional, however a fleet of theirs can be seen easily demolished by Yang's sole ship.
In addition, while they track Hatchi's payments in order to locate him, they either lack the resources or creativity to look for him using other means, as it appears they missed his appearance on the TV twice (once in the What Brings You To Mars? program and on a photo shown during a news broadcast of Galaxy Business Satellite which confirmed his visit to Odawarla), in a news article revealing that Martians aren’t octopuses (standing in the background of the attached photo), and didn’t register him starring in a promotional video of Pluto. It can also be speculated that Hatchi would appear in an article about Lovely Star Night as it's a big event.
Also, even though Hatchi published to his social media a photo of himself next to a known landmark on planet Two, this wasn’t noticed either and he remained elusive until making another payment close to Isekandar. For these reasons, this attributed exceptionalism should be taken with a grain of salt.
