Uruu Seiren (清怜 うるう, Seiren Uruu) is a fairy disguised as a human. He poses as the Student Council President of Et Fran de Muse.

Appearance[edit]
Uruu has long, wavy blue-gray hair that reaches the middle of his back, and dark blue eyes. He has a beauty mark under his left eye. He has pointed ears.
He wears the school uniform of Et Fran de Muse, which consists of a white gakuran with blue trim. The school insignia is on the left sleeve, and there is a gold, metallic, rounded triangle on the left side of the collar. Uruu's collar is folded open to frame a white ascot with a thin bow. He has a silver brooch with blue gems. The center gem is shaped like a tear drop. He wears white slacks and white loafers with gray socks.
