Akihiko Beppu (別府 月彦, Beppu Akihiko) is a second year student at Binan High School. He transforms into Melty Luna.

Akihiko has short, ice blue hair with the bangs falling to his right, and fuchsia eyes.
His school uniform consists of a white, button down shirt with a standing collar, a pale blue blazer with gold buttons and dark blue trim, and matching pale blue slacks. The school's insignia is on the left sleeve, and he has a white handkerchief in the pocket. The shirt has frilly sleeves. He has a pale yellow scarf tied around his neck into a bow through a silver ring. The ring is engraved with a moon, and has a fuchsia gem in the center. He has spectator shoes with a black body and white toe caps.

When transformed into Melty Luna, Akihiko wears a black knee-length jacket with a standing collar and an exposed stomach. There is a pink stripe that comes down from the collar that has light pink ruffles coming from it, as well as a fuchsia gem and silver crescent moon. A pink stripe comes from his left shoulder and goes down his chest toward his right, which meets with one yellow and two pink stripes, which in turn go up to his left shoulder and intersect with the first stripe and ruffles.
There are yellow epaulets on the shoulders, with light pink pleats and a black rope hanging off his left. He has a dark pink sash going from his left shoulder to his right hip. The sash has a yellow stripe down the middle, and on the front has a single circle. This sash meets a yellow bow with a silver medallion, pink pleats, and another black sash that is draped over his left hip. There is a dark pink sash with light pink pleats hanging on his back from his waist.
His right sleeve is short and his left sleeve is long, and he has wrist guards with a pink trim that's in a circle, with a silver medallion on each. His right wrist guard has light pink ruffles. His coattails are pointed, and have a dark pink lining. There are two silver crescent moons on the back.
He wears asymmetrical black slacks with a gold belt buckle that has a fuchsia gem. His left thigh is partially exposed, but the pants are connected with a medallion similar to a stocking garter. He has black knee-high boots with cuffs. The cuffs have a dark pink trim, and each one has a silver medallion. The soles of the boots are dark pink, and have chunky heels.
He has a small, black top hat that is tilted to the right. It has a silver medallion, and a short, frilly, light pink bow.
Each silver medallion is a crescent moon with a thin bar connecting both sides, and a fuchsia gem in the center.
