- This line may be a reference to a line from a rakugo performance, 「豆腐の角に頭をぶつけて死んでしまえ。」 This translates to "Go hit your head on the corner of a tofu block and die." It's said to someone who would be stupid enough to believe you can die this way, and can also be taken to mean that person has a head softer than tofu.[1]
